With more than 13 years of experience in construction and sales, Dillon brings a unique combination of hands-on industry expertise, strategic leadership, and a results-driven mindset to every project. Before co-founding Turn Right Services, Dillon and his wife successfully owned and operated a thriving painting business, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, outstanding service, and strong community relationships. This entrepreneurial experience gave him valuable insight into business development, team leadership, and the importance of delivering customer expectations.

operated our own business since 2019 in the field of painting. We joined Turn Right Services ownership after completing our family in 2023! I am a mom to a beautiful daughter and son, which also gave me the superpower of multitasking. Over the years, I have proudly
served numerous clients throughout the Treasure Valley, building strong relationships and earning a reputation for reliable, personalized service. My hands-on experience has also provided me with valuable insight to understand client needs, solving challenges, and
delivering results that exceed expectations.
I do have extensive coursework in accounting and finance and believe my experience helps tailor to the client’s needs when it comes to closing or discussing finances on numerous projects.
